Great Customer Support
My connection is acting up.
I can't get access at all to the internet.
I call up customer support to get help.
After keeping me on hold for nearly 15 minutes,
They tell me to do a trace cert (whatever the heck that is),
and email them the results otherwise they can't figure out what's wrong.
BUT I HAVE NO CONNECTION YOU MORONS! HOW AM I GOING TO EMAIL YOU ANYTHING?
BIKIN PANAS!

Phatelara - I'm on Jaring broadband. They've been pretty good except in the past few months. Anyways, this will be my last month with them, that's for sure!
